Nova Group is a Bangladeshi corporate group with two operating companies: Nova Animal Health Limited, a veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturer, and S R Traders, a civil construction and contracting business. Both are headquartered in Khulna.

Our head office and manufacturing facility are in Baraitola, Fultola, Batiaghata, Khulna — about 10 km from the Khulna–Chalna highway. Distribution covers all of Bangladesh through our sales and depot network.

We manufacture over 50 veterinary products across antibiotics (Novamox, Tylonova, Cipronova, Enronova), vitamins and amino acids (Aminova, Novavit-ESEL, Novavit-AD), calcium and liver tonics (Novacal-P, Novaliv), digestive health, growth promoters, and specialty formulations.
